VeryPDF XPS to Any Converter is a tool that converts XPS files to PDF, PS, EPS, JPG, BMP, PNG, PCX, GIF, TGA or TIF formats. This tool allows you to change the DPI of the source file and play with the file size or with the image's resolution.
It has a user-friendly interface. All the target formats are displayed on the left side of the app. So, you don’t have to search for drop-down menus like in other similar applications. For this reason, I found its interface convenient from the start.
I managed to convert very easily my XPS file to the desired format. You can almost intuitively go through all the processes, since the buttons are suggestively named and designed in unobtrusive way. Moreover, the progress bar indicates when you are done. The ‘Settings’ menu allows you to change the size or the resolution when converting to image files.
I was very pleased to read on the developers’ official website that it can convert a PDF to Microsoft Word (DOC, DOCX) or RTF, but I didn’t find anything related to this feature in the application itself. I tried to add a PDF file to test the above-mentioned option, but it didn’t even load. The statement found on the same official page, mentioning that this program provides a multiple page conversion from XPS to XPS confused me even more. I believe this is just a mistype, because else I can't find its significance. more
